TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2021 VENTURE TRAVEL TRAILER MODEL: SONIC 234RK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRAVEL TRAILER WAS UNHOOKED FROM THE 2013 CHEVROLET SILVERADO, AND WAS PARKED ON THE DRIVEWAY WHEN IT CAUGHT FIRE AROUND THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT LOCATED NEAR THE PROPANE TANK. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO PUT OUT THE FIRE WITH A HOSE. THE CONTACT'S INSURANCE COMPANY DEEMED THE TRAVEL TRAILER TOTALED. THE DEALER GREAT AMERICAN RV SUPERSTORES DEFUNIAK SPRINGS FL ( 328 GREEN ACRES DR, DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, FL 32435) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND IT COULD TAKE UP TO SIX MONTHS FOR THEM TO CONTACT BACK. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
