DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE ATTEMPTING A TURN AT 20 MPH THE ENGINE GUARD BRACKET FRACTURED AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE FRONT TIRE. THIS IMMOBILIZED THE TIRE CAUSING THE CONTACT TO LOOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED AND NO POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE ALERTED.
