TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 TURTLE TOP TERRA TRANSPORT. WHEN THE IGNITION WAS STARTED AND THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED BACKWARDS IN REVERSE RAPIDLY WHEN THE GEAR SHIFTER WAS PLACED IN REVERSE. THE BRAKES FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE AND REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS HAD NOT DEPLOYED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE. UPDATED 09/28/16*LJ *CN
