Defect. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTOR HOMES EQUIPPED WITH A MODEL 1546 LIQUID PROPANE GAS (LPG) TANK INSTALLED. THE TANK BRACKET CAN FAIL AND COULD SUBSEQUENTLY DETACH COMPLETELY FROM THE VEHICLE.
Risk. THIS COULD CAUSE A FIRE.
Remedy. DEALERS WILL INSTALL BOLT-ON BRACKETS.
VIN [XXX] FORD. THE ENGINE AIR FILTER SYSTEM FILLS WITH WATER WHEN DRIVING IN THE RAIN. THIS CAUSES THE ENGINE TO MISS FIRE AND TRY TO STALL. THIS COULD EVENTUALLY DESTROY THE ENGINE. THIS COULD BE VERY DANGEROUS WHEN DRIVING IN HILLY COUNTRY.
