TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE SE (NA) MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE SPEEDOMETER DISPLAYS AN EIGHT PERCENT ERROR ON THE INSTRUMENT CONTROL PANEL. THE DEALER STATED THAT THIS WAS A NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE. HE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 125.
