TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A TOURIVA 22-111-FSM CHILD SEAT. THE HARNESS STRAP DOES NOT SECURE THE CHILD PROPERLY. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED SEVERAL DIFFERENT WAYS OF TIGHTENING THE HARNESS. SHE STATED THAT SHE CANNOT DRIVE WITH HER CHILD IN THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THE SEAT IS NOT SECURED AT ALL. UPDATED 01/09/08. *LJ THE CONSUMER STATED WHILE PUTTING CHILD IN CAR SEAT WHEN TIGHTENING THE ADJUSTMENT STRAP IT IS FINE BUT ONCE MORE PULLING THE STRAP TO MAKE SURE SECURE IT DOES NOT SEEM AS THOUGH IT IS SECURE ANYMORE BECAUSE IT GIVES WAY.
