TL*- THE CONTACT OWNS A COSCO TOURIVA 22-111-FSM, MANUFACTURED IN 02/01/06. WHILE THE CHILD WAS SEATED IN HIS SEAT ON LEVELED GROUND, THE BAR IN THE BACK OF THE SEAT DID NOT STABILIZE THE SEAT RESULTING IN THE CHILD FLIPPING THE CHILD SEAT, HE SUSTAINED BRUISES TO HIS FOREHEAD. WHEN SHE TOOK HER CHILD TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM, THE NURSES STATED THAT THE CHILD SEAT THE CONTACT OWNED WAS DESIGNED SO THAT THE SEAT SHOULD NOT HAVE FLIPPED OVER IN THAT MANNER. SHE HAD NOT CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER.
