TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HARLEY DAVIDSON ROADGLIDE (NA). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MIRRORS WERE NOT FUNCTIONAL BECAUSE ONLY HIS CHEST WAS VISIBLE REGARDLESS OF HOW THEY WERE ADJUSTED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS UNKNOWN AND SOLD HIM EXTENSIONS, HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 1,800.
