CONSUMER STATES THAT TRAILER WAS LOADED FOR A TRIP, CONSUMER FILLED WATER, AND GAS TANK. CONSUMER STATES THAT 3.8 MILES LATER WHILE ACCELERATER ONTO ENTRANCE RAMP, TRAILER BEGAN TO SWAY GENTLY, CONSUMER TRIED TO SLOW DOWN, BUT WAS UNABLE TO KEEP CONTROL AND TRAILER ROLLED OVER.
