TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 SUNDOWNER HORIZON. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH THE CONTACT HEARD A SOUND COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STOPPED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THE REAR DRIVERS SIDE TIRE HAD BLOWN OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MECHANIC STATED THE AXLE WAS TO SHORT FOR THE FRAME AND CAUSED THE TIRES TO BLOW OUT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE ALSO BLEW OUT AND THE FAILURE OCCURRED THREE TIMES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
