Defect. THE ENGINE COOLING FAN BLADE CAN FATIGUE AND BREAK CAUSING THE FAN BLADE TO SEPARATE FROM THE FAN ASSEMBLY.
Risk. THE SEPARATED FAN BLADE CAN RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE AND/OR ENGINE COMPONENTS, AND CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY TO PERSONS IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.
Remedy. DEALERS WILL REPLACE THIS FAN WITH ANOTHER FAN OF MORE DURABLE MATERIAL.
