TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 SHORELANDER TRAILER, MODEL LUXR2314L-TSH-03. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, ALL FOUR SPRING BOLTS FRACTURED FROM THE AXLE. THE CONTACT PURCHASED FOUR NEW BOLTS AND INSTALLED THEM HIMSELF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING FURTHER DIAGNOSIS OF THE FAILURE AND POSSIBLE REPAIRS.
