TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 ROCKWOOD LITE WEIGHT WRL8328BS. WHILE THE TRAILER WAS PARKED, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE WAS FLAT. UPON REMOVING THE TIRE, HE NOTICED THAT THE INSIDE OF THE TIRE WAS TORN AND A METAL ROD FROM THE TRAILER WAS HANGING NEAR THE TIRE. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE TRAILER WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE TIRE INFORMATION WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THERE WAS NO MILEAGE. *TT *TR
