TIRE BLOWOUT CAUSED AN EMERGENCY EXIT FROM ROADWAY AND SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO TRAILER. TRAILER MODEL IS INCORRECTLY IDENTIFIED LATER IN THIS FORM BECAUSE ACTUAL MODEL IS NOT LISTED. ACTUAL MODEL IS ROCKWOOD LITE WEIGHT CRLF2720WS. MANUFACTURED IN 2017 BUT TITLED AS 2018.*DT CONSUMER STATED THESE TIRES WERE MADE IN JUNE OF 2017 SO BARELY 2 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME AND APPROXIMATELY 3,000 MILES ON THEM.*JB
