TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 REDWOOD 38RL (NA) RECREATIONAL TRAILER. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE WALL THAT HELD THE SHIELD SEPARATED AND THE AXLE DETACHED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRONT AXLE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AT 855-226-7496 AND CONFIRMED THAT ANOTHER AXLE WOULD BE SENT. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE CONTACT WAS PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: GR005863 FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND CASE NUMBER: 1576330 FROM LIPPERT. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
