NHTSA campaign 25V813000 · Part 573 safety recall report

Foretravel, Inc.: Seats

Foretravel, Inc. reported this defect to federal regulators on Nov 24, 2025 and put the number of vehicles at risk at 7. The repair is free for as long as the recall stands.

The defect

Foretravel, Inc. (Foretravel) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Realm and 2022 Realm 450 vehicles. The pedestal mounting plate may have been improperly welded, causing the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach. As such, these seat assemblies fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."

The risk

A loose or detached seat assembly may not restrain the occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

The remedy

Dealers will inspect for a missing weld and replace the pedestal seat as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 15, 2025. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-955-6226.

What this page is, and what to do next

A recall is not an opinion. It is a Part 573 report a manufacturer is required by federal law to file once it decides a defect poses an unreasonable risk to safety, and it commits them to repairing the vehicle at no cost to the owner. The three passages above are the manufacturer’s own wording as published by NHTSA.

This page describes the campaign. It cannot tell you whether one particular car has already been through the shop — that is tracked by VIN, and only the manufacturer knows it. Check yours at nhtsa.gov/recalls or with a franchised dealer, quoting campaign number 25V813000.
