International Motors, LLC reported this defect to federal regulators on Apr 24, 2025 and put the number of vehicles at risk at 14,786. The repair is free for as long as the recall stands.
The defect
International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025-2026 HV, HX, LT, MV, RH, and 2025 EMV vehicles. The linkage that connects the right-side wiper arm to the motor may separate, causing the wipers to fail.
The risk
Windshield wiper failure can reduce driver visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy
Dealers will replace the wiper module, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 2, 2025. Owners may contact International customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 25505.
