Bentley Motors, Inc.: Visibility › Sun/Moon Roof Assembly
Bentley Motors, Inc. reported this defect to federal regulators on May 27, 2020 and put the number of vehicles at risk at 3. The repair is free for as long as the recall stands.
The defect
Bentley Motors, Inc. (Bentley) is recalling certain 2020 Continental GT vehicles equipped with a factory-installed sunroof. The sunroof may not be properly bonded to the vehicle body, possibly resulting in wind noise, water leaks, and in some cases, the complete separation of the sunroof from the vehicle.
The risk
If the sunroof panel separates from the vehicle while it is being driven, it may increase the risk of an injury or crash.
The remedy
Bentley will notify owners, and dealers will remove the old sunroof glass and fit a new sunroof glass assembly to the vehicle using the approved bonding products and procedure, free of charge. The recall began June 22, 2020. Owners may contact Bentley customer service at 1-800-777-6923. Bentley's number for this recall is RE 20/15 (RB57).

What this page is, and what to do next
A recall is not an opinion. It is a Part 573 report a manufacturer is required by federal law to file once it decides a defect poses an unreasonable risk to safety, and it commits them to repairing the vehicle at no cost to the owner. The three passages above are the manufacturer’s own wording as published by NHTSA.
This page describes the campaign. It cannot tell you whether one particular car has already been through the shop — that is tracked by VIN, and only the manufacturer knows it. Check yours at nhtsa.gov/recalls or with a franchised dealer, quoting campaign number 20V309000.
