Temsa Global Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. reported this defect to federal regulators on Jul 1, 2014 and put the number of vehicles at risk at 124. The repair is free for as long as the recall stands.
The defect
Temsa Global Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (Temsa) is recalling certain model year 2012 TS30 motorcoaches manufactured November 2011, to December 2011; 2013 TS30 motorcoaches manufactured September 2012, to April 2013; and 2014 TS30 motorcoaches manufactured July 2013, to April 2014. In the affected vehicles, the driver may have a hard time seeing oncoming traffic from the right side at an intersection where the angle is less than ninety degrees.
The risk
The driver's reduced ability to easily see traffic approching from the right side increases the risk of a crash.
The remedy
Temsa will notify owners, and dealers will install an additional interior mirror to improve the driver's ability to see oncoming traffic, free of charge. The recall began on November 13, 2014. Owners may contact CH Bus Sales, US Agent for Temsa, at 1-877-858-3672.

What this page is, and what to do next
A recall is not an opinion. It is a Part 573 report a manufacturer is required by federal law to file once it decides a defect poses an unreasonable risk to safety, and it commits them to repairing the vehicle at no cost to the owner. The three passages above are the manufacturer’s own wording as published by NHTSA.
This page describes the campaign. It cannot tell you whether one particular car has already been through the shop — that is tracked by VIN, and only the manufacturer knows it. Check yours at nhtsa.gov/recalls or with a franchised dealer, quoting campaign number 14V387000.
