TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RANCE ALUMINUM LIGHTING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE UNLOADING A VEHICLE OUT OF THE TRAILER, THE RAMP FRACTURED, DROPPING THE VEHICLE AND RAMP. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE WHO ADVISED THE CONTACT TO RETURN THE TRAILER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE TRAILER WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 800.
