GENERAL WIRING ISSUES. ALL WIRES IN THIS MACHINE ARE NOT SAFE, THE PLASTIC COATING ON THE WIRES IS VERY STIFF, BUT WITH VIBRATION AND FLEXING THE COATING BREAKS. THIS CAUSES BARE SPOTS ON THE WIRES WHERE IT CAN BE SHORTED OUT. I HAVE HAD MANY OCCURRENCES OF THIS, FROM THE WIRES IN THE HEADLIGHT POD SEPARATING AND SHORTING OUT, OR CAUSING THE LIGHTS TO NOT WORK. SENSORS WERE THE WIRING HAS DETERIORATED AND MADE THE SENSOR FAULTY. ALSO HAD PART OF THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE COILS DO THE SAME ALSO. *TR

WAS RIDING ON GRAVEL ROAD AT APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, GOING AROUND CURVE TO THE LEFT, CROSSING A CULVERT WHEN I HEARD AND FELT A POP, VEHICLE TURNED TO THE RIGHT ENDING UP IN A CREEK ON ITS SIDE, I DOVE IN THE WATER TO GET A WAY FROM VEHICLE, AFTER RECOVERING THE VEHICLE AND INSPECTING , FOUND THAT WELD HAD BROKEN ON THE LOWER RIGHT A-ARM, CAUSING ACCIDENT, NOTIFIED POLARIS, THEY DENIED THERE WAS A PROBLEM, REPLACED A-ARM MYSELF AND HAVEN'T HAD ANY MORE BREAK. *TR
