SERVICE MANUAL AND OWNERS MANUAL CALL FOR 75 FOOT LBS OF TORQUE FOR THE LUG NUTS. THE STUDS ARE 10MM X 1.25 THREAD PITCH. 2 OUT OF 8 STUDS BROKE AT THIS TORQUE SETTING. THIS TORQUE SETTING IS COMMON TO ALL POLARIS ATVS EQUIPPED WITH THE ALLOY WHEELS. *TR
