See attached. Hot Line operator told me to enter my tow vehicle VIN # since my RV VIN did not work. This report is to alert you to "potential" and/or "unreported" issues related to Alde RV heating components. I have evidence there have been "leaks" but do not know what if injury they have caused. The manufacture may keep records...if they will share them. I was told by the Consumer Protection Agency this type of issue comes under your jurisdiction: If not, please advise. Another issue not included in the attached document relates to battery ventilation concerns in nuCamp RVs. Is this something you are responsible for?
