TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 NORTHSTAR HORSE TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER A MECHANIC REPLACED THE BRAKES ON THE TRAILER, HE NOTIFIED THE CONTACT THAT THE TWO REAR AXLES WERE SEPARATED FROM THE BODY OF THE TRAILER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT OFFER A REMEDY. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.
