THE DEALER (MERCEDES-BENZ OF SACRAMENTO, 888-479-0451) WAS CALLED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE RECALL REMEDY. THE MANUFACTURER AND THE CONTACT CALLED THE DEALER AND CONFIRMED THE INFORMATION. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
