TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1993 MARK III PLYMOUTH VOYAGER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE BRAKES SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE BRAKES FAILED.
