Defect. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: DODGE FULL SIZE CONVERSION VANS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE TIRE SIZE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 120, "TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS."

Risk. IF INCORRECT TIRE INFORMATION IS GIVEN, UNDERRATED TIRES COULD BE PLACED ON THE TRUCK CAUSING EXCESSIVE TIRE WEAR OR, IN EXTREME CASES, POSSIBLE TIRE BLOWOUTS.

Remedy. MARK III HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. OWNERS WERE TO BE PROVIDED WITH AN OVERLAY CERTIFICATION LABEL WITH INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
