USED RECTANGULAR HOLE IN CENTER OF FRONT BUMPER TO STEP UP TO GRIP HOOD TO OPEN IT. SHOE STAYED CAUGHT IN HOLE WHEN I STEPPED DOWN, CAUSING ME TO FALL BACKWARD AND BREAK TWO BONES.
