TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DUTCHMEN KODIAK TRAILER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR RECALL 10V589000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: FUSES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS). THE CONTACT NOTIFIED THE MANUFACTURER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND LEFT MESSAGES PERTAINING TO THE RECALL; HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. RECENTLY, WHEN THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED THE TELEPHONE NUMBER WOULD RING AND AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECT THE CALL. THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED BY THE DEALER THAT THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO AUTHORIZE ANY MODEL YEAR VEHICLE RECALL REMEDY BE PERFORMED UNDER THE CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 10V589000. THERE WAS NO FAILURE MILEAGE.
