TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 KAWASAKI Z6 600 NINJA MOTORCYCLE . THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH CUSHION IN THE HEADLIGHTS AND THEY BEGAN TO BREAK. WHEN THE HEADLIGHTS BROKE IT CAUSED WATER TO GET INSIDE THEM AND SHORT CIRCUIT THE WIRING HARNESS. THE DEALER WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE FAILURE AND HAD NOT ACKNOWLEDGED THE DEFECT. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 600 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 1600.
