TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 KAWASAKI VN1700G9F MOTORCYCLE. WHILE PARKED WITH THE VEHICLE IN GEAR, THE CONTACT PULLED THE CLUTCH TO DISENGAGE THE TRANSMISSION BUT THE BUT THE MOTORCYCLE WOULD NOT DISENGAGE. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10.
