WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS UNDERGOING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AT AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT ALL FOUR TIRE SIDEWALLS WERE CRACKED. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPLACED.
