The contact owns a 2025 Indian Pursuit Dark Horse Motorcycle. The contact stated that there was a failure with the kickstand. While the motorcycle was parked and in neutral with the kickstand lowered; while the contact was preparing to mount the motorcycle, a gust of wind knocked the motorcycle over, and the motorcycle landed on the contact. The contact stated that the kickstand failure had occurred with several models of the motorcycles since 2011. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The dealer confirmed the failure of the kickstand. The motorcycle was not repaired.
