TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HOLIDAY RAMBLER ATLANTIS RV. APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS AGO, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE RAILING WAS UNSTABLE IN THE VEHICLE. HIS ELDERLY AUNT WAS USING THE RAILING TO CLIMB THE STEPS AND PULLED THE RAILING OUT OF THE WALL. THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED INTERIOR DAMAGE. THE CONTACT CALLED THE DEALER FROM WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED, BUT THEY OFFERED NO RECOURSE. THE DEALER ADVISED HIM TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD CALL HIM BACK; HOWEVER, THEY HAVE NOT YET RESPONDED. THE VIN PROVIDED PERTAINS TO THE VEHICLE SUSPENSION ATTACHED TO THE RV. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 22,000.
