JUNE 25, 2016 - MOTORCYCLE IN MOTION ATTEMPTING TO COME TO A STOP ON A CITY STREET WHEN THE ENGINE ACCELERATED WITHOUT THROTTLE INPUT (THROTTLE STUCK.) AUGUST 19, 2016 - MOTORCYCLE IN MOTION ON FREEWAY FOR APPROX. 30 MILES. WHEN EXITING AT OFF-RAMP ATTEMPTING TO STOP, ENGINE ACCELERATED WITHOUT THROTTLE INPUT (THROTTLE STUCK). REPORTING THIS PROBLEM FOR DOCUMENTATION/POSSIBLE RECALL PURPOSES, AS I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER MOTORCYCLE AS A COLLATERAL EXCHANGE ONCE A COMPLAINT WAS FILED WITH HARLEY HEADQUARTERS.
