TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HARLEY DAVIDSON VRSC MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DAYTIME RUNNING MOUNT IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE AND BOTH TURNING INDICATORS WOULD ONLY WORK WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. THE DEALER REPAIRED THE DEFECT NUMEROUS TIMES BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUOUSLY RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTED THE CONTACT TO THE DEALER BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 1,264.
