IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER CAME OUT AND STUCK TO KEY. ALWAYS TREATED GENTLY AND CAREFULLY. THIS IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM BECAUSE OF POOR OUTSOURCING, DEALERS DON'T CARE. HARLEY STILL WON'T ACCEPT EMAIL ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. THIS FACT MAKES IT QUITE CLEAR THEY WANT NO EVIDENCE OF CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
