Defect. IF THE WIRING OF CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM BECOMES WET WHILE ENGAGED, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF CREATING A SHORT CIRCUIT AND CRUISE CONTROL MALFUNCTION.
Risk. THIS COULD CAUSE THE SPEED TO BEGIN INCREASINGAUTOMATICALLY WITH POTENTIAL FOR LOSS OF CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy. REPLACE CRUISE CONTROL MODULE.
