TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLHR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE'S LICENSE PLATE BRACKET FRACTURED, WHICH CAUSED THE LICENSE PLATE TO FALL OFF THE VEHICLE. LAKE ERIE HARLEY-DAVIDSON (38401 CHESTER RD, AVON, OH) DIAGNOSED THAT THE BRACKET NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE FAILURE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED ON TWO ADDITIONAL OCCASIONS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 12,000. *TT
