The contact owns a Graco Car Seat, Model Type: SlimFit 3-in-1, Model Number: 1980623, Manufactured Date: July 04, 2024. The contact stated that the harness was easily loosened by the child seated in the car seat, allowing the child to get out of the seat while in use. The contact stated that the failure rendered the car seat unsafe. The manufacturer was notified of the failure; however, the manufacturer offered no solution to the failure. The contact was concerned because there was no solution by the manufacturer. The car seat was not replaced.
