The axle spindle sheered off in motion. The axle snap at the weld. The risk to the public is very high. If a wheel at a high rate of speed comes of it is a missile on the highway with the ability to cause severe injury or death. The unit itself can crash causing injury to the occupants an others. The issue was reported to the manufacture and inspected by the manufacture via images threw emails. The issue was also inspected by the repair facility. There were no warning lamps messages or symptoms before the failure.
