Defect. THE MAIN BUNK RECTANGULAR TUBING AT THE END OF THE CORNER GUSSETS CAN DEVELOP STRESS CRACKS.
Risk. THE CRACKS COULD DEVELOP INTO A COMPLETE FRACTURE OF THEBUNK AND RESULT IN LOSS OF THE CARGO WHICH COULD CAUSE PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONALINJURY, AND AN ACCIDENT IF LOSS OF CARGO OCCURRED ON A HIGHWAY.
Remedy. A NEW, REDESIGNED REPLACEMENT BUNK WILL BE SUPPLIED.
