THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC OR DEALER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRACKETS, SCREWS, AND CLAMPS MALFUNCTIONED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE.
