TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FOREST RIVER VENGEANCE (NA). THE VEHICLE WAS EQUIPPED WITH LIONSHEAD, TIRE LINE: WEST LAKE SUPER S/T (NA), AND TIRE SIZE 225/75/15 TIRES. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THERE WAS AN UNUSUAL NOISE OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS MANEUVERED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WHERE THE CONTACT NOTICED THE PASSENGER'S SIDE SECOND AXLE TIRE EXPLODED. THE DEFECTIVE TIRE WAS REPLACED WITH A SPARE TIRE. THE TIRE HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THERE WAS NO FAILURE MILEAGE. THE DOT NUMBER WAS JULT1CT4213.
