DT: THE CONTACT STATED THE FLOORING OF HORSE TRAILER WAS DISSOLVING. THE METAL FLOORING BROKE DOWN IN AREAS AND THE PAVEMENT WAS VISIBLE. THE HORSE URINE LEAKED AROUND THE SEAMS OF THE RUBBER MATTING AND SEEPED INTO THE FLOORING UNDERNEATH. HE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER OFFERED ASSISTANCE ON THE FIRST INCIDENT BY COVERING THE COST OF A FLOOR REPLACEMENT. HOWEVER, THE FLOOR WAS REPLACED WITH THE SAME MATERIAL. THE FLOORING BEGUN TO DISSOLVE AGAIN. THE MANUFACTURER SUGGESTED KEEPING THE AREA CLEAN DRY AND FREE OF HORSE URINE. NO FURTHER REPAIRS HAVE BEEN DONE AT THIS TIME. THIS IS A 2004 GOOSE NECK STRAIGHT LOAD HORSE TRAILER MANUFACTURED BY FEATHERLITE. THE MODEL NUMBER IS 9608.
