TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1996 (NA) FEATHERLITE 8120. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR FRAME HAD HOLES AND WAS RUSTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRAME NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
