TL* THE CONTACT OWNS AN EDDIE BAUER CHILD RESTRAINT, MODEL NUMBER 22-627 AAH, MANUFACTURED MAY 21, 2009. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE CARRYING THE CHILD SEAT BY THE HANDLE, THE LEFT SIDE OF THE HANDLE FRACTURED, CAUSING THE SEAT TO TURN SIDEWAYS AND EXPEL THE INFANT. THE INFANT WAS NOT INJURED. THE CONTACT STATED THERE WERE NO PRIOR ISSUES WITH THE CHILD RESTRAINT. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO STATED THAT THEY WOULD REPLACE THE CHILD RESTRAINT WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS AN EDDIE BAUER DELUXE CONVERTIBLE 227-41, REAR FACING CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT, MANUFACTURED OCTOBER 19, 2009. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRYING TO REMOVE A CHILD FROM THE CHILD SEAT, THE SAFETY HARNESS WOULD NOT UNLATCH FROM THE HOUSING BUCKLE. THE MANUFACTURE WAS CONTACTED AND ADVISED THEY WOULD SEND THE CONTACT A NEW BUCKLE TO INSTALL ON THE CHILD RESTRAINT.
