WHILE REPLACING MY FIFTH WHEEL'S SHOCKS I FOUND ONE UPPER SHOCK MOUNT COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE FRAME. I TOOK THE UNIT TO A REPAIR FACILITY WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS REPAIRED AND THE TECHNICIAN FOUND ANOTHER UPPER MOUNT THAT HAD CRACKS EVIDENT THIS WAS ALSO REPAIRED. ALL UPPER SHOCK MOUNTS WERE FOUND TO BE DIMPLED ON THE TOP SIDE. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE THICKNESS OF THE FRAME MATERIAL DID NOT SEEM TO BE THICK ENOUGH. HIS SUGGESTED REPAIR WOULD BE TO CUT OUT THAT SECTION OF FRAME AND INSTALL THICKER MATERIAL. *TR
