TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DOLPHIN 5355 MOTOR HOME. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE WOULD EXHIBIT A LOUD NOISE AND THE VEHICLE WOULD DRIVE ROUGH. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE CLOCK SPRINGS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT DENIED ANY ASSISTANCE WITH REPAIRS TO THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 63,684.
