TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A DOREL COMFY CARRY ELITE (NA) SAFETY SEAT, MODEL NUMBER: IC130BVE. THE SEAT WAS MANUFACTURED ON APRIL 22, 2014. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SAFETY SEAT BASE FAILED TO SECURE IN THE VEHICLE'S SEAT, CAUSING THE SAFETY SEAT TO SEPARATE FROM THE BASE WHILE DRIVING. THE MANUFACTURE WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE BASE WAS NOT REPLACED. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN.
